The pillows were flat, giving no support for a good night's sleep. Additionally, the heavy smoke smell in a supposed non-smoking room made it hard to relax.

A welcoming first impression

The friendly staff jumped in to help us, even swapping our room from smoking to non-smoking without issue. It was a comforting way to start our stay.

Unfortunately, the bathroom could have used a deeper clean, and the flat pillows left us wanting more comfort during our night’s sleep.

The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and helped us transition to a non-smoking room when we accidentally selected the wrong one. It made our arrival pleasant, especially after a long drive. The hotel is also conveniently located near some great restaurants, which made dining easy for our family.

Room was clean and comfortable, but the towels had noticeable wear and tear.

The Standard King Room was decent in size, and I did feel it was clean enough. However, the pillows were pretty flat, which didn’t help my sleep much. I really enjoyed my stay. the clerk kindly switched our room after we accidentally booked a smoking one. The room was comfortable and provided a restful night despite the summer heat. It's easy to grab good food nearby, which was perfect for our family. However, I noticed that some bathroom fixtures could use a little more attention.

Just a solid selection for a weekend adventure in Bolivar with definitely value for money. The staff really went out of their way to ensure my needs were met, especially when I requested extra towels. If you need something, just ask the front desk. they are very helpful.
